We apply a combination of experimental and computational approaches to unravel the wiring and logic behind microbial regulatory networks. We have a particular emphasis on developing and then applying high-throughput methods to rapidly measure large numbers of regulatory interactions under physiological conditions, and applying appropriate modeling and bioinformatic tools to make optimal use of the resulting information.
