DEI Biomedical Career Seminar Series & The Rackham Faculty Allies Diversity Grant welcomes Luz Cumba Garcia, PhD

Join UM Graduate Program in Immunology for a DEI Biomedical Career Seminar Series presented by Luz Cumba Garcia, PhD, AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellow at the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID) working under the Middle East Regional Cooperation (MERC) Program. Dr. Cumba Garcia will present an hour-long seminar titled "From Immunologist to Science Communicator and Policy Advocate: My Journey Through Science" followed by one-on-one meeting times for students. In her seminar, she will discuss her experience working at the intersection of biomedical science, public policy, and science diplomacy.
