Why did you choose Michigan's residency program?: I could tell on my interview I was going to fit right in at University of Michigan. I also had the pleasure of meeting my future co-resident at my interview, who promised to be the best co-resident any resident could ask for. In the end, University of Michigan offers an unparalleled teaching of hematology, oncology, and research.

Advice for future residents: What will mess you up most in life is the picture in your head of how it is supposed to be. This also applies to residency. Never let your post graduate years get to you. If at the end of the day you know you gave it all you could, there is nothing more anyone could ask.
