Biography
Temi is a CT surgery resident at the University of Michigan. Originally from Nigeria, she completed her undergraduate and graduate education in Nursing at the
Ohio State University. She then relocated to Philadelphia where she obtained a Master's in Biomedical Sciences and medical degree at Drexel University College of
Medicine where she was an active leader of the Student Government Association and locally as a community liaison at her church.
Areas of Interest
Temi’s areas of interests include surgical education outcomes within
cardiothoracic surgical training and developing sustainable educational & capacity building strategies in cardiac surgery that specifically identify the unmet needs
of Nigeria and other West African region.
