The ALBA Declaration was officially launched on January 12, 2021 Society for Neuroscience online meeting. The goal of the ALBA Declaration is to raise awareness and provide a concrete set of actions that individuals and institutions can commit to in order to make their organizations, and neuroscience in general, more equitable and inclusive. It focuses on 1) recognizing and overcoming implicit biases, and 2) creating healthy workplace cultures. The Declaration can be viewed here: http://www.alba.network/declaration.
