The award honors distinguished work on socioeconomic matters and health care policy. Work is judged by leaders in the field of health care policy, including the North Chapter Section (NCS) Secretary, NCS Health Policy Council Chair, NCS Health Policy Council Vice-Chair and two other members of the Health Policy Council.
