Frank is the Director of the Intern Health Study a national NIH-funded longitudinal cohort study that assesses genetic, mobile technology, and program factors involved in the development of depression under stress. Dr. Frank’s research interests focus on the drivers of stress and depression during physician training, and the use of mobile technology to assess and treat depression and gender differences in depression. The work is conducted in the Lab of Dr. Srjian Sen, M.D., Ph.D., Frances and Kenneth Eisenberg Professor of Depression and Neurosciences, Professor of Psychiatry, Research Professor, Michigan Neuroscience Institute, Associate Vice President for Research.
