Dr. Alison Durham appointed as Director of the Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship Program

Alison Durham, M.D. has been appointed Director of the Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology (MSDO) Fellowship Program at Michigan Medicine Dermatology. The fellowship encompasses comprehensive training in Mohs surgery, multidisciplinary non-melanoma skin cancer management, and treatment of melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, and other rare tumors. This two-year program comprises a one-year ACGME-accredited MSDO fellowship and a second year with faculty appointment as clinical lecturer, to allow further exploration of career interests and solidify skills learned during the fellowship. Dr. Durham also serves as an assistant program director for the dermatology residency, and as Director of the Cutaneous Oncology Biobank Program, including both non-melanoma and melanoma skin cancers.
