On Monday, April 24th, Alexander Vizurraga (Greg Tall Lab) successfully defended his dissertation. His seminar titled “Probing Adhesion GPCR Mechanisms via High Throughput Screening for Novel GPR56 Modulatory Compounds” took place at North Lecture Hall in Med Sci II. Congratulations, Alex!

Congratulations to Dr. Holinstat: Cereno Scientific announces licensing agreement for the drug candidate CS585 with University of Michigan
Dr. Holinstat recently received licensing of the compound he invented for targeting the prostacyclin receptor (CS585). Cereno Scientific has licensed the compound from the University of Michigan and continues to work with Dr. Holinstat’s lab through ORSP to develop their key pre-clinical assets.
