In this session, Dr. Sagana will discuss safety considerations in the simulated setting. Everyone that employs or learns within the context of simulation will find this to be important.
To promote collaboration and best practices in simulation-based education and research, the UMCSC is hosting a monthly Brown Bag Series. The series is intended to allow all University faculty, staff, and learners the opportunity to learn and share best practices in simulation-based education and assessment. The series offers something for everyone, with a broad range of topics relating to simulation-based education in medicine. Presentations will range from projects considered “in-development” from junior educators/researchers to presentations about successfully implemented curricula from the CSC Core faculty. Each session offers attendees the opportunity to gain insights and contribute to a dynamic discussion in a non-intimidating, friendly setting.
UMCSC Brown Bag Series is scheduled from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. monthly on select days in the Clinical Simulation Center Towsely, G2400.
For any inquiries/comments, or you would like to present at the CSC BB Series, please contact Deb Rooney, Director of Education and Research, Clinical Simulation Center (firstname.lastname@example.org).
