The article, co-authored by Jeanne-Marie Guise, Lucy A. Savitz and Charles P. Friedman, describes the necessity for learning health systems to make their datable freely and widely available. This can be achieved by developing an open access, universally adopted system for biomedical knowledge to be made computable.
