The Department of Learning Health Sciences is celebrating the promotions of four core faculty members, including Associate Chair, Gretchen Piatt, PhD, MPH. The following promotions were announced by Department Chair and Josiah Macy Jr. Professor of Medical Education, Charles P. Friedman, PhD.
- Gretchen Piatt, PhD, MPH: Promoted to Full Professor with Tenure on the Tenure Track
- Janice Firn, PhD, MSW, HEC-C: Promoted to Associate Professor on the Clinical Track
- Michael Lanham, MD: Promoted to Associate Professor on the Clinical Track
- Karandeep Singh, MD, MMSc: Promoted to Associate Professor with Tenure on the Tenure Track
Dr. Friedman shared his delight during an announcement to department faculty and staff. “I am immensely proud of the achievements of our four colleagues. Their well-deserved promotions sailed through the approval process,” Friedman stated.
