HILS PhD alumna featured in perinatal mental health and well-being research news

A trio of papers featured in Health Affairs on the rapid rise in perinatal mental health diagnosis and treatment, included perspective from Health Infrastructures and Learning Systems (HILS) PhD alumna, Stephanie Hall, PhD, MPH, currently a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Psychiatry.

Dr. Hall in an interview with Michigan Medicine Health Lab, said the studies conducted with her colleagues showed that the “landscape is different” in maternal mental health, especially related to diagnosing and establishing treatment for those affected. More of the Michigan Medicine article here.
