Biography
Reema Hamasha is a Research Area Specialist in the Department of Learning Health Sciences. She graduated with a Master's of Health Informatics from the School of Information, where she also pursued a Precision Health Certificate. Reema is dedicated to enhancing trust and understanding in the use of artificial intelligence and other technologies in healthcare. Her primary work focuses on capturing patient perspectives to advance health equity, promote transparency and improve education about health technology. Through her research, she aims to bridge the gap between technology and patient experience, ensuring that innovations in healthcare are both effective and ethically responsible.
