Biography
Reema is a Research Area Specialist in the Department of Learning Health Sciences. She graduated with a Master's of Health Informatics, and also received a Precision Health Certificate. She is interested in precision medicine and improving EHR systems by making them more accessible for patients. Before joining the LHS department, Reema completed her Bachelor’s of Life Science Informatics at the University of Michigan. She worked with the Prostate Cancer Precision Medicine Multi-Institutional Collaborative Effort (PROMISE) Consortium where she collaborated with several institutions to create a repository of clinical-genomic data for prostate cancer therapies. In her free time, Reema enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time outdoors.
