The Medical School recently announced that the Board of Regents approved the new appointments on May 16. All promotions will take effect on Sept. 1, 2024.

- Tanner J. Caverly, M.D., MPH, Learning Health Sciences * and Internal Medicine
Professor (* with tenure)
- Gurjit Sandhu, Ph.D., Surgery * and Learning Health Sciences
Clinical Professor
- Deborah Rooney, Ph.D., Learning Health Sciences
- David Allan Marzano, M.D., Obstetrics & Gynecology and Learning Health Sciences
Both Drs. Caverly and Rooney are core faculty members in DLHS.
