Biography

Dr. Kori Rothman, D.O., is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician specializing in musculoskeletal and spine medicine.  She offers comprehensive outpatient care, utilizing advanced procedures such as fluoroscopic guided injections, radiofrequency ablations, and ultrasound guided injections.  Dr. Rothman strives to address the unique needs and concerns of each of her patients and actively involves them in their treatment plans.  She emphasizes patient education, thereby helping them to make informed decisions.   Dr. Rothman has a passion for maximizing function and improving the lives of individuals suffering from spine and musculoskeletal conditions, often thinking outside the box when needed.  In addition to extensive training in the field of PMR, Dr. Rothman brings with her a decade of private practice experience.
