Currently Offered Programs

All sports and recreation are adapted to meet each individuals needs.  Pre-registration is required. Come try out the following activities on Mondays from 5:30-6:30pm.  

Martial Arts: Mondays, October 10 - November 14

Pickleball: Mondays, January 9 - February 13

Yoga: Mondays, February 20 - March 27

Where: Peace Lutheran Church - 8260 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48103

When: Mondays 5:30pm-7pm

Competition/Travel Dates -- Number of tournaments vary each season. All travel is within an approximately 6 hr radius from Ann Arbor. Example of possible tournament locations include: Fort Wayne, IN; Detroit, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; with exact tournaments TBD each season.

Join us for our new fall program, Hiking Club! This is a group for adults with cognitive impairments that is focused on mindfulness and fitness while enjoying the outdoors. This program will run from 4:30pm-5:30pm on Tuesdays (September 27th-October 25th).

Open to children ages 5 to 18 who have limited mobility. Players may walk, use a walker, or a manual wheelchair.

4-Week Season 10am-Noon on the following Saturdays:

Programs On Hold or Out of Season

Adaptive fishing will run every Tuesday from 5:30-7:00pm at Argo Park. Season will run from June 21st-August 30th. We will provide the adaptations and bait, just bring a valid fishing license and join in the fun!

Kayaking for all ages! Kayaks provided. Still-water paddling. We paddle out of Gallup Park Canoe Livery. *Must be able to breathe independently and hold head upright.*


Bikes provided or bring your own. Group rides, fittings, and clinics.

Program runs June - September

Learn how to camp with disabilities, and other special considerations. We offer indoor and outdoor, overnight camping options. Equipment provided. Families of all ages are welcome.

Program runs during the Summer

This event is geared towards wheelchair users and standing participants who may need adaptations to participate in Tennis. Sessions are geared toward participants with physical impairments.

Learn how to climb a tree with adaptive equipment! 

Recreational Tree Climbing for individuals of all ability levels. Why? Because it's: fun, exercise, socialization, and spending time outdoors! This activity is geared for children with special needs, ages 5 and up, and their families.

Pediatric priority, and then open to all ages.
Offered 2x/year (Spring & Fall)
