Rollverines Wheelchair Basketball (Pediatric)
Competition/Travel and Recreational Teams available. Sport wheelchairs provided. Ages 5-18.
Season runs September - June
Practices occur: Mondays 5:30 - 7:30 pm (Competition Team) / 6:30 -7:30p (All Team - Rec & Comp.) / additional practices as needed
Competition/Travel Dates -- 3-4 tournaments expected per season, all travel is within an approximately 6 hr radius from Ann Arbor. Example of possible tournament locations include: Fort Wayne, IN; Detroit, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; with exact tournaments TBD each season.

Camping
Learn how to camp with disabilities, and other special considerations. We offer indoor and outdoor, overnight camping options. Equipment provided. Families of all ages are welcome.
Summer.
Adaptive & Hand Cycling
Program runs April - September.
Bikes provided, or bring your own. Group rides, fittings, and clinics. All ages.
Events are FREE of charge.
Adaptive Kayaking
Kayaking for all ages. Kayaks provided. Still-water paddling.
*Must be able to breathe independently and hold head upright.
Program typically runs 1x/month, May - August.
We paddle out of Gallup Park Canoe Livery: 3000 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105
Sessions are offered in 1.5 hour time blocks between 9:00a-3:00p. You will be assigned a time slot based on your kayaking needs.

Martial Arts
Adaptive martial arts for children with disabilities. Focuses on what children can do, with adaptations made as needed by recreational and physical therapists. Classes led by martial arts instructor, Sensei Dave Reicher.
Various sessions offered throughout the year.

Adaptive Soccer ("Walker Soccer")
6 week Spring/Fall sessions offered - focusing on soccer skills for children with disabilities. Walkers, crutches, wheelchairs welcome. Ages 5-18.

Sports Club
6-week program, offering children 6-10 with mild physical and cognitive disabilities the opportunity to strengthen basic sports skills. Participants will be introduced to a new sport each week, such as: basketball, volleyball, baseball, soccer, etc.
Summer.
Wheelchair Tennis
6-week Fall season & 1x/month until June 2020.
This introduction to tennis is geared towards wheelchair users and standing participants who may need adaptations to participate in Tennis. Sessions are geared toward participants with physical impairments. Equipment provided. All ages welcome!

Adaptive Tree Climbing
Learn how to climb a tree with adaptive equipment. Pediatric priority, and then open to all ages.
2x/year (Spring & Fall).
Recreational Tree Climbing for individuals of all ability levels. Why? Because it's: fun, exercise, socialization, and spending time outdoors! This activity is geared for children with special needs, ages 5 and up, and their families.
Our next tree climbing event will be taking place: Sunday, October 6th, 10a-4p
Location: Curtiss Park, Saline MI (US 12 next to Saline River just west of town.
