Biography
Hello! My name is Anthony Tam. I was born and raised in Ohio. I was part of the Northeast Ohio Medical University's 6 year accelerated B.S./M.D. program where I completed my undergraduate studies in 2 years at Kent State University. It was my experience during my Family Medicine clerkship when I found my calling for primary care.
I chose University of Michigan Family Medicine for residency because of its dedication to primary care and its renowned reputation as a strong program. I knew I wanted to come here after my Sub-I experience during my fourth year. Everyone was very welcoming during my interview, which even strengthened my decision to make this my number one choice.
In my free time, I like to travel, discover new restaurants, and hang out with friends. My hobbies include volleyball, movies, soccer, skiing, tubing, watching sports, and amusement parks!
