Staying Fit While Staying Put

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the health and fitness industry adapted by creating relevant online content in the form of “at-home” workouts and fitness programs. However, much of the newly posted content neglects to take into consideration people with disabilities. Because the promotion of health and healthy activities are equally as important for these individuals, this platform was created to serve as a hub for persons with varying levels of (dis)ability to access high-quality fitness resources specifically created to address the needs of this population.
