Clinical Teams Gather to Problem Solve

In a workshop organized by Kathryn M. Harmes, M.D., assistant professor and associate chair for population medicine, clinical team from four family medicine sites learned to find ways to improve specific problems in their workplace. The workshop, A3 Problem Solving for Clinical Leaders, was presented by Jack Billi, M.D.
