Day 1

Stretch

Here is a quick stretch routine that has been helping my body stay loose as I continue to recover.

Day 2

Cardio

In this video i'll be showing a great non-stop 10 min Cardio workout you can do anywhere. All you will need is a pole like the one shown! this will not only get your heart rate high but work your core too while you keep balance!

Day 3

Flexibility

This video demonstrates a quick workout designed to help shoulder flexibility in those with spinal cord injuries.

Day 4

Cardio

Advance Chair / Wheel Chair Cardio Workout is a Fat Burning Workout for people with limited mobility who need to sit exercise and get fit whether in a wheel chair or regular chair. The exercise moves are safe, effective and fun to help you burn fat, burn calories and with weight loss. You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are exercising!

Day 5

Strength

In this week's video, Jeff will be guiding you through an exercise that will effectively strengthen your upper body and core. This exercise doesn't require any equipment and is performed from a seated position. This is an excellent exercise for those living in a wheelchair. Performing the Torso Extension 2-3 times a week will add strength to your core, thereby giving you more stability and upper body strength.
