Several Department faculty and staff members, along with alumni, are presenting at the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine's Annual Conference on Practice Improvement starting today.

The Conference on Practice Improvement focuses on practical skills, information and resources to transform primary care practices in order to achieve the quadruple aim (enhancing patient experience, improving population health, reducing costs, improving the work life of health care providers). Department leaders in patient care, the patient-centered medical home and population medicine have prepared lectures and posters and are excited to connect with national leaders this week in Louisville, Ken.

See below for U-M Family Medicine's schedule of presenters and posters or view the full schedule.
