The Society for Teacher of Family Medicine (STFM) presented Michael Fetters with the 2019 Gabriel Smilkstein Award for outstanding contributions to the growth and development of family medicine education throughout the world.
Dr. Chang is the second U-M family physician ever chosen for the prestigious James C. Puffer MD Fellowship, sponsored by the the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Her experience follows Katherine J. Gold's tenure as the 2013-2015 fellow.
Golfo Tzilos Wernette, Ph.D., was recognized in Washington D.C., at the American Psychology Association Convention this month, for her work identifying “Psychosocial Correlates of Marijuana Use Among Pregnant and Non-Pregnant Adolescent Girls."
