I fell in love with Michigan while in medical school. When traveling around the state, Ann Arbor was easily the most beautiful and always had fun events going on regardless of season. As I explored the residency program, I found that it was well integrated in the community and provided strong psychotherapy training, both aspects I was looking for. In addition, the House Officers Association, our resident union, has negotiated great pay and benefits for us.
