We will provide the highest quality education in an atmosphere of collegiality to our students, residents, fellows, and staff, as well as to our patients and their families.

Clinical Care

Our Pediatric Hospital Medicine team is experienced in the medical management of children admitted to the hospital.  We focus on promoting high quality, effective, efficient, safe care in a culturally sensitive, family-centered environment.  Current, evidence-based medicine is used to develop, implement, refine and advance best practices in the interprofessional setting.

Research

Faculty within the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Division are actively engaged in clinical and educational research projects.  We advocate for safe care through structured quality improvement.

Education

The Pediatric Hospital Medicine team are the primary teachers of inpatient general pediatrics to medical students and resident physicians at C.S.
