Does DASH Diet Meal Delivery Help Heart Failure Outcomes?

A research team, which included Scott Hummel, MD, MS, Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine, conducted a small pilot study that found that home-delivered, low-sodium meals after hospital discharge helped some heart failure patients avoid hospital readmission.
